Fitness Manager at Malvern Splash & Sport Dyson Perrins.

I have been working in the fitness industry for 15+ years, working with a variety of different clients. I like to make exercise empowering, giving clients the knowledge and strength to achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals.
I also teach a variety of classes here at Malvern Splash & Sport Dyson Perrins. Some of my personal favourites are Group Cycling, Functional Fitness & the small group sessions delivered on the gym floor (LIFT, METCON & CORE).

I used to play semi professional football but having since retired to spend more time with my young family, I now enjoy a weekly round of Golf.

Fitness Instructor

Hello, I work as a fitness instructor 2 short shifts during the week, and currently teaching Yoga, Pilates, Core & Stretch, Ladies that Lift and Aqua fitness. Also available for personal training sessions - on the gym floor - helping people achieve their goals is always a pleasure!

Work hard - yes, we do! Your training should be challenging, achievable - but enjoyable = and each session should finish with a big smile and sense of achievement.

I have participated in all sorts of outdoor events from cycling, runs and water sports.

I love meeting people, training together & making fitness memories.

Fitness Instructor

I am currently training to become a qualified fitness instructor here at Malvern Splash.

I have danced my whole life and choregraphed various different theatre productions, this is where my passion for fitness and training stemmed from.

I have lived the majority of my life in Perth, Western Australia. I moved back to the UK to be with family here in Malvern. I am passionate about the arts and an unknown secret of mine is that I spend a lot of my free time fire twirling.

Once I have completed my Level 2 Fitness qualification I hope to gain more experience on the gym floor and deliver some group exercise session too.

Fitness Instructor

I am Level 2 qualified fitness instructor & Swim teacher here at Malvern Splash which I find extremely rewarding, especially teaching SEND children.

I get a real buzz out of motivating clients when teaching HIIT style classes. I have a crazy amount of energy which I channel through exercise so you will find me in and around the gym most days.

I also love to get out on my bike in the Spring/Summer months and rip around Malvern. I have a keen interest in travel and the arts.

I have also just started to learn to fence!

Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer

A great programme and a healthy lifestyle can help produce the best version of ourselves, mentally and physically. After 10 years of being on my fitness journey, and serving in the military for 4 years, I am pursuing my calling of being a Personal Trainer. I have successfully coached others towards their goals by utilising research-backed methods. As someone who has battled with weight loss, gaining muscle and building strength, all while balancing stressful circumstances, I understand how best to overcome your barriers to achieving your goals.

My specialities are Strength Training, Weight Management, Military Conditioning & Behaviour Change.

My role as a Healthy Communities Officer is to deliver physical activity programs aimed at promoting health and wellbeing.

With a deep passion for fitness and overall wellness.I strive to inspire others to lead healthier lives through accessible and engaging physical activities.

 My role focuses on creating inclusive opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to improve their physical and mental wellbeing within the community."

I have qualifications in Born to move, Running fitness and Menopause movement.
