Working to elevate the barriers to poor mental fitness, and eradicate the drivers of poor mental health, which include but are not limited to, no/poor employment, housing issues, debts, poor physical health, unhealthy drug & alcohol habits, relationship concerns and bereavement/loss.
The interventions are delivered in group peer settings and are led with a coaching and mentoring approach to encourage learning from experience to move on from issues to a place of improving mental wellness and therefore life generally.
The session is relaxed and informal and involve tea, biscuits and a good chat amongst other men.
Sessions are fortnightly. Please check the webiste to confirm dates and times.
There is no need to book, and it is free to attend.
